±1±: Best Buy This was my first purchase of matcha green tea. I have always been a big green tea fan and I heard about the health benefits of matcha so I decided to try it. The benefits are definitely there, as you are ingesting the whole tea leaf.

This stuff is pretty cool, brightly colored green like nothing you have ever seen before. But, to be honest the taste is nothing special. Maybe I'm making it wrong but I don't know where these other reviewers are coming from. I'll keep trying different methods in an attempt to make this stuff taste better.

Regardless I can say this stuff is better than coffee for a boost in energy. And I love coffee. Does not have the negatives associated with coffee, such as jitters, or crashing, but instead you feel alert and attentive all day.

I had hartley green tea bags(sancha I think) and I liked the taste of that much better. on Sale!
